Returns Policy

Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects reported within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept change of mind returns, so please confirm model, size and quantity before ordering.

To make a claim, contact us with your order reference, the product code and photographs of the defect. Goods must be unused and in their original packaging.

Where a defect is confirmed, we will replace the affected items or credit the order at our discretion.

A manufacturing defect means a fault in materials or workmanship, such as a failed seam or a coating flaw present on delivery. Normal wear, cut through from use, chemical degradation in service and damage caused by using a glove outside its certified scope are not defects.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that apply under Australian Consumer Law. If you are unsure whether an issue is a defect, contact us with photographs and we will assess it before you return anything.
