Shipping and Delivery

Stock is shipped direct from supplier. Case quantities only, all items shipped per order.

Freight is quoted with your order so you can see the delivery cost before you commit. Delivery addresses must be able to accept palletised or carton freight during business hours.

Check cartons on arrival and report any transit damage to us in writing so we can raise it with the carrier.

Orders are picked and dispatched from Western Australia. Transit times vary with destination and carrier, and remote or regional deliveries take longer than metropolitan runs, so allow additional time when planning a site changeover.

Where a delivery is time critical, tell us the required on site date with your enquiry and we will confirm whether it can be met before the order is placed. Split deliveries across multiple sites can be arranged for larger supply agreements.
