Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all enquiries and orders placed with Knight Safety Gear Australia Pty Ltd. Placing an order confirms your acceptance of them.

Product information, certifications and specifications are published as supplied by the manufacturer. Buyers remain responsible for confirming that a glove is suitable for their own risk assessment.

We reserve the absolute right to cancel or refuse any order. Where an order is cancelled by us, any amount already paid for that order is refunded.

Quoted pricing is valid for the period stated on the quotation and is subject to stock availability at the time an order is confirmed. Freight, where applicable, is quoted separately and forms part of the total payable.

Our liability is limited to the replacement of goods or the value of the goods supplied, to the extent permitted by law, and nothing in these terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
